I'm a graduate of Andersonville Theological Seminary (ATS), where I received a Doctor of Ministry in Christian Counseling. Further, I'm currently a graduate student at Pepperdine University where I'm pursuing a master of arts degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT). Additionally, I hold a master's degree in Business with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship and Innovation (MBA) from Northeastern University. I received my bachelor's degree from UCLA.
As a single mother, I enjoy spending quality time with my daughter, cooking healthy meals, reading romance novels, working-out, and traveling near and far.
Whether you're struggling to reach your fullest potential, to make deep connections with your partner, find fulfillment in your work, and when you're struggling with the chaos that's constantly going on all around you, I can offer the unconditional support you need. I am professionally trained to help you navigate the challenges and setbacks of your past, present, and future in order for you to achieve the peace of mind you deserve.
I'm your strongest ally and partner, dedicated to you and your success. I believe that there is no one size fits all and that finding a licensed counselor you can relate to and be vulnerable with will instill you with the tools to be introspective, solve problems, and reflect on patterns or thoughts that are holding you back.
With that being said, I strive to ensure that you are not just connected with a counselor who gets anxiety, but one who gets YOU- your stress, your struggles, YOUR anxiety.
You deserve to work with a compassionate professional who has made it their mission to help YOU as you go through your incredibly unique experiences. And that's why you can count on me.
this is your life.
make it what you want it to be.
